Terms of Service

Our terms and conditions

1. Operator

This service is operated by Effectix.com, s.r.o., Sokolovská 668/136d, Karlín, 186 00 Praha, Czech Republic, Company ID: 28512669, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 147031 ("we", "us" or "the Operator").

2. Description of Service

Re:LLMo ("AI Overviews Analyzer") is a SaaS application that allows users to analyze how their websites appear in Google's AI Overviews in search results. The service integrates with Google Search Console to retrieve keyword performance data and analyzes the presence and content of AI Overviews for those keywords.

3. Account Registration

To use the service, you must create an account by signing in with your Google account. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to grant us read-only access to the Google Search Console properties you connect
  • You will keep your account credentials secure

4. Subscription and Payments

The service is offered through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at info@effectix.com

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will not affect already-paid billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its data without our written consent
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond its intended API usage
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service (including software, design, trademarks, and content) belong to Effectix.com, s.r.o. or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Data retrieved from Google Search Console remains your property. Analysis results generated by the service may be used by you for your business purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Third-party service outages (Google APIs, Stripe, hosting providers)
  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis results; they are based on publicly available search data and may not reflect real-time conditions
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

For consumers residing in the EU, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
